A meeting of Specialist-Analysts for Research and Information Gathering was held

On November 20-21, 2025, a two-day meeting of information research and collection specialists-analysts (SADZI) of Caritas Ukraine took place in the village of Kozyn (Kyiv region), aimed at strengthening professional capacity and team interaction.

The program combined training sessions, practical exercises, and work with real cases involving interviewing victims, witnesses, and perpetrators. Participants familiarized themselves with the updated procedure for investigating sensitive appeals, the stages of the process, and the roles and responsibilities of SADZI. Special attention was paid to crisis communication techniques, neutralizing manipulative responses, and emotional recovery.

The meeting concluded with a summary and joint reflection by participants on the knowledge gained and practical experience.
